Oneleet Alternatives for 2026: All-in-One SOC 2 Packages and Bigger Brands Compared

The best Oneleet alternatives in 2026 are SecureSlate, Thoropass, Vanta, Drata, Comp AI and Secureframe. We are SecureSlate, we wrote this, and we put ourselves first. To keep it fair, every price below comes from a vendor page, AWS Marketplace or Vendr, and we judged each tool on what is in the bundle, total year-one cost, security depth and brand weight.

Oneleet is a different kind of compliance vendor. It was started by penetration testers, and it sells SOC 2 as a package: platform, human pentest, code scanning, a vCISO and audit support for one flat fee. People who search for alternatives usually like that idea. They either want the same all-in package for less money, or they want a name their enterprise buyers already know.

For more on the vendor itself, read our Oneleet review and the Oneleet pricing breakdown.

Quick verdicts

  • Lowest published entry price: SecureSlate, from $2,688/yr on Starter. Higher plans can include one framework audit and a penetration test; see pricing. Vendr saw Oneleet's package at $24,000/yr.
  • Audit firm in the same group: Thoropass, starting at $8,700 platform plus $5,800 SOC 2 audit on AWS Marketplace.
  • Biggest brands: Vanta (16,000+ customers) and Drata (8,000+ customers). Neither includes the audit or a pentest in its plans.
  • Closest to Oneleet's startup feel: Comp AI, a bundled fixed fee with AI agent pentesting and an open-source core.
  • Expert-led and CMMC: Secureframe, from $7,500/yr published.
  • Keep Oneleet if human pentesting by its own testers and a Slack vCISO are what you are really buying.

Oneleet in brief: product, price and audit

Oneleet was founded in 2022, went through Y Combinator (S22) and is based in Amsterdam. The team is about 75 people. It raised a $33M Series A in October 2025 led by Dawn Capital, with Frank Slootman and Arash Ferdowsi participating. The company says it has secured 2,000+ companies and that 300+ teams migrated to it from Vanta, Drata and Secureframe; both figures are self-reported.

What is in the package

  • Human penetration testing by certified testers, paired with AI.
  • Code security and dependency scanning plus DAST, with autofix pull requests.
  • Attack surface monitoring and CSPM for AWS, GCP and Azure.
  • Device management, phishing campaigns, an employee portal and access reviews.
  • A dedicated vCISO in Slack.
  • The "Oneleet Agent," which prepares fixes that a human expert approves.
  • Mock audit, auditor negotiation, managed audit support and a Trust Center.

Frameworks include SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, CIS IG1, DORA, NIST 800-171, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, HITRUST and custom frameworks.

What it costs

Oneleet publishes no prices; you get a quote after a demo. Vendr observed the "SOC 2 All-In-One Package" at a list price of $24,000/yr and a one-off compliance pentest at $6,000 per engagement. There is no AWS Marketplace listing as of October 2026. A competitor has published founder-reported totals of $15,000 to $50,000/yr, but those ranges are unsourced, so we lean on Vendr.

Who signs the audit

Oneleet does not issue SOC 2 reports. An independent CPA firm signs the report and sets its own fee. Oneleet says third-party fees are quoted before you sign, which is worth confirming in writing.

What pushes teams to compare Oneleet

People rarely leave Oneleet because the product disappoints. These are the real triggers.

The number on the quote. $24,000/yr is a lot for a 10-person company chasing its first SOC 2 Type 1. The package includes real security work, but a team that only needs evidence automation and a report may be paying for more than it uses. SOC2Auditors.org makes the same point about fit.

Comparing apples to apples is hard. A bundle makes it difficult to see what each piece costs. SOC2Auditors.org recommends asking Oneleet to itemize the quote so you can compare it with software-only tools plus a separately bought audit and pentest.

Integrations. Check that your third-party apps are covered, especially smaller platforms, since the catalog is narrower than the largest vendors'.

Brand weight in enterprise deals. Some buyers want a platform their prospects' security teams already recognize. That is a judgment call, not a product flaw, but it shows up often in "Oneleet vs Vanta" searches. See our Oneleet vs Vanta comparison.

Pricing the bundle piece by piece

The fairest way to compare an all-in package is to break it into the three things you actually buy: the software, a penetration test and the audit. Here is what each vendor's public pricing covers.

Vendor Software (public signal) Penetration test SOC 2 audit
Oneleet Part of ~$24,000/yr package (Vendr) Included; $6,000 if bought one-off (Vendr) Support included; independent CPA fee quoted separately
SecureSlate From $2,688/yr (Starter) Available on higher plans, see /pricing Available on higher plans, see /pricing
Thoropass From $8,700/yr (AWS) CREST pentesting offered; price quote-based From $5,800/yr (AWS), affiliated firm
Vanta Essentials $14,000/yr (AWS, 1–20 employees) Not part of listed plans Separate; Vendr estimates $8,000 to $25,000+
Drata $32,500/yr platform plus SOC 2 (AWS) Not part of listed plans Separate, contracted with the audit firm
Secureframe $15,000/yr platform plus first framework (AWS) Not part of listed plans Separate; Vendr estimates $10,000 to $30,000+
Comp AI Quote-based fixed fee AI agent pentesting included Vendor says included; confirm CPA fee

Two patterns stand out. First, a software-only platform plus a separately bought audit can match or exceed Oneleet's package, so Oneleet is not automatically the expensive choice. Second, the published starting prices (SecureSlate on its own site and Thoropass on AWS) sit well below Vendr's observed Oneleet figure.

SecureSlate

Why it is on the list: it publishes its prices and offers the same all-in shape as Oneleet. SecureSlate starts at $2,688 a year, and higher plans can bundle a framework audit and a penetration test; see pricing.

What you get

  • Higher plans can include one framework audit, a pentest, a dedicated auditor assignment and audit prep.
  • Built-in security tools that overlap with Oneleet's scanning: DAST surface monitoring, secrets detection, code security, dark web monitoring, open-source license risk and outdated or EOL software detection.
  • Auto-remediation agents that fix some failing controls in the source system.
  • Continuous evidence collection, control monitoring, access reviews, vendor risk, a trust center and questionnaire automation.
  • Device agent, policy library and security awareness training.
  • SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, CMMC, FedRAMP, NIS 2, DORA, EU AI Act and custom frameworks, with shared control mapping.

What it costs: Starter is $2,688/yr for 5 users and 1 framework. Higher plans add users, frameworks and options such as bundled audit and pentest. Details are on our pricing page. Elfie moved from Vanta and reported about 70% lower platform cost.

Pick it if you like Oneleet's all-in model but the quote is too high, or you want the audit and pentest priced up front. Useful starting points: SOC 2 and HIPAA.

Watch out for: we are a younger brand with a smaller integration catalog than Vanta or Drata, a smaller partner ecosystem and less auditor familiarity. A dedicated Slack vCISO like Oneleet's is not part of our listed plans.

Thoropass

Why it is on the list: Thoropass (formerly Laika) is the other true bundle, and it goes a step further than Oneleet by keeping the audit in the family. Audits are performed by Laika Compliance, LLC dba Thoropass Assurance, an AICPA-registered CPA firm legally separate from Thoropass, Inc.

What you get

  • Audit Lifecycle Platform covering evidence, controls and auditor communication from kickoff to report.
  • CREST-accredited pentesting and vulnerability scanning.
  • SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA and HITRUST e1, i1 and r2, plus CMMC Level 1 and NIST CSF 2.0.
  • Smart Sort AI and First Pass AI for ingesting and checking evidence.
  • ISO 27001 certification through Thoropass Certification LLC, accredited in September 2026.

What it costs: AWS Marketplace lists the platform from $8,700/yr and the SOC 2 audit subscription from $5,800/yr, billed separately, with renewals that may rise up to 7%. Vendr reports a median of $25,964/yr.

Pick it if you want one accountable vendor for audit and software, especially for HITRUST.

Watch out for: the affiliated auditor limits choice if a policy requires an auditor with no shared ownership with the software vendor. Ask about CSM and auditor continuity, and test the dashboards at high evidence volume. Our Thoropass alternatives guide goes deeper.

Vanta

Why it is on the list: brand. Vanta claims 16,000+ customers and reported $300M ARR in April 2026.

What you get

  • 400+ integrations, an API and an Auditor API.
  • Vanta AI Agent for policies, questionnaires, evidence checks and control mapping.
  • Trust Center from Essentials and questionnaire automation on Plus and above.
  • Third-party risk management, custom tests and access management on higher tiers.
  • 35+ frameworks including ISO 42001, FedRAMP and the EU AI Act.

What it costs: AWS Marketplace, 1–20 employees: Essentials $14,000, Plus $21,500, Professional $23,000. Vendr's median is about $20,000. Add a separate audit, which Vendr estimates at $8,000 to $25,000+.

Pick it if your prospects' security reviewers expect to see the Vanta name, and you are happy to buy pentesting elsewhere.

Watch out for: coming from Oneleet, you lose the bundled pentest, code scanning and vCISO. Some connectors need manual upkeep, and small teams often find the total cost hard to justify. More in Vanta alternatives.

Drata

Why it is on the list: Drata is the other big name, with 8,000+ customers in 80+ countries and a growing enterprise base.

What you get

  • Continuous monitoring with cross-mapped controls across 30+ frameworks.
  • Trust Center built on SafeBase.
  • Agentic TPRM Assessment and AI questionnaire assistance.
  • AI agent governance for teams deploying AI agents.
  • Audit Hub and a pre-vetted auditor directory, or bring any licensed CPA firm.

What it costs: AWS Marketplace lists $25,000 platform plus $7,500 per framework, so $32,500/yr with SOC 2. Vendr's median is $25,000 over 235 purchases; companies under 50 employees pay about $12,000 to $28,000.

Pick it if you expect several frameworks soon and want maximum auditor choice.

Watch out for: list price is above Oneleet's package before you add the audit and a pentest. Check that the built-in integrations cover your stack.

Comp AI

Why it is on the list: like Oneleet, Comp AI sells one fixed fee that it says covers platform, auditor and pentest. It is newer (founded January 2025), raised a $34M Series A in September 2026 and is open-core under AGPL-3.0.

What you get

  • 580+ integrations for evidence collection.
  • Generated policies, natural-language control tests and an AI browser agent that captures screenshots.
  • Open-source device agent.
  • AI agent penetration testing and daily cloud scanning.
  • Self-hosting on Node, Bun and Postgres if you want to run it yourself.

What it costs: quote-based after a 20-minute call. Earlier self-serve prices were retired. Reported terms are a 12-month minimum with auto-renewal and 30 days' notice. The self-hosted edition is free.

Pick it if your engineers want to read the code and you want a bundled first SOC 2.

Watch out for: its pentesting is AI agent based, while Oneleet's uses human testers. A third party says Comp AI does not issue reports and advises confirming the CPA fee per quote. Expect a learning curve during onboarding.

Secureframe

Why it is on the list: for teams that liked Oneleet's hands-on help, Secureframe offers 30+ in-house compliance experts and former auditors.

What you get

  • Automated tests, evidence collection and continuous monitoring.
  • Comply AI for remediation and AI questionnaire automation.
  • Trust Center and User Access Reviews.
  • Secureframe Defense for CMMC, with SSP, POA&M and a managed CUI enclave.
  • An Audit Partner Network.

What it costs: Fundamentals from $7,500/yr published. AWS Marketplace lists $15,000/yr for platform plus first framework. Vendr's median is $20,000. Audit fees are paid to the auditor; Vendr estimates $10,000 to $30,000+ per framework.

Pick it if you want guided compliance or need CMMC. See Secureframe alternatives for its own competitive set.

Watch out for: no bundled pentest. Confirm integration coverage for tools such as Azure DevOps.

Reasons to stay with Oneleet

Human pentesting from the same team. Oneleet's founders are pentesters and its testing is done by certified humans. If a customer contract demands a manual pentest every year, that is hard to replicate in a pure software tool.

A vCISO in Slack. Small teams without a security lead get ongoing advice, not just a dashboard.

Independent auditor, managed for you. Oneleet negotiates with and manages an independent CPA firm, so you get auditor independence without running the search yourself.

Decision matrix

If your priority is... Look first at Why
Same all-in shape, lower cost SecureSlate From $2,688/yr; higher plans can bundle audit and pentest
Auditor inside the vendor group Thoropass Affiliated CPA firm and ISO certification body
Name recognition in enterprise deals Vanta or Drata Largest customer bases
Open source or self-hosting Comp AI AGPL-3.0 core, free self-hosted edition
Human-led guidance or CMMC Secureframe In-house experts, Secureframe Defense
Manual pentest plus vCISO Stay on Oneleet Its core strength

If you are adding ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 next year, price two frameworks now. SecureSlate's higher plans cover two frameworks (see pricing); Drata adds $7,500 per framework on AWS.

Moving off Oneleet

  • Ask for your data early. Export policies, control mappings, evidence and pentest reports before your renewal date.
  • Keep your auditor if you like them. Because Oneleet's reports are signed by an independent CPA firm, you may be able to keep the same firm on a bring-your-own-auditor plan.
  • Line up the next pentest. If your new platform does not bundle one, book it before your current report ages out of customer requirements.
  • Reconnect cloud, identity, HR and code repos, and confirm each integration produces usable evidence.
  • Avoid switching mid-observation period on a SOC 2 Type 2.

FAQ

How much does Oneleet cost?

Oneleet does not publish prices and quotes after a demo. Vendr observed its "SOC 2 All-In-One Package" at a list price of $24,000/yr, and a one-off compliance pentest at $6,000 per engagement. The independent CPA firm's audit fee is set by that firm and, per Oneleet, quoted before you sign. There is no AWS Marketplace listing.

What is the cheapest Oneleet alternative?

SecureSlate starts at $2,688/yr on Starter, and higher plans can bundle a framework audit and a penetration test; see pricing. Thoropass starts at $8,700 platform plus $5,800 audit on AWS Marketplace, without a stated pentest price. Comp AI's self-hosted edition is free, but you buy the audit separately.

Does Oneleet include the SOC 2 audit?

Audit support is included: mock audit, auditor negotiation and managed audit support. The report itself is signed by an independent CPA firm that sets its own fee. Oneleet says it quotes third-party fees before signing, so ask for that line in writing and compare the total with bundles from SecureSlate or Thoropass.

Is Oneleet worth it for startups?

It is worth it for startups that will use the security work: human pentesting, code scanning, CSPM and a vCISO. At Vendr's observed $24,000/yr, a team that only needs evidence automation and a first report may be overbuying.

Is Oneleet better than Vanta?

They suit different buyers. Oneleet bundles a human pentest and audit support; Vanta's plans include neither, and Vendr estimates a separate SOC 2 audit at $8,000 to $25,000+. Vanta has 400+ integrations and 16,000+ customers, while Oneleet's catalog is smaller. Pick Oneleet for security depth, Vanta for brand and catalog.

Who are Oneleet's main competitors?

The vendors Oneleet itself names as migration sources are Vanta, Drata and Secureframe. Bundled competitors with a similar model are SecureSlate (higher plans with audit and pentest), Thoropass (affiliated audit firm) and Comp AI (fixed fee with auditor and AI pentest).
