Subprocessors
Overview
In connection with the provision of our Services, SecureSlate may engage third-party data processors ("Subprocessors") who may have access to certain Customer Data as necessary to perform their designated functions. This page provides important information regarding the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor engaged by SecureSlate.
SecureSlate engages third-party Subprocessors primarily to provide infrastructure services, customer support functions, and email and/or SMS notification services. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, SecureSlate conducts comprehensive due diligence to evaluate and verify that such Subprocessor maintains adequate privacy, security, and confidentiality practices in accordance with applicable data protection laws and industry standards. All Subprocessors are contractually obligated to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data.
Subprocessors
SecureSlate engages third-party subprocessors to assist in providing our services. We carefully select and monitor all subprocessors to ensure they comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, and maintain appropriate security standards. All subprocessors are contractually bound to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data processed on our behalf.

Updates to our Sub-Processors
Due to the nature of our global business and our ongoing efforts to enhance our services, our Sub-Processors may change from time to time. For example, we may deprecate a Sub-Processor to consolidate and minimize our use of Sub-Processors, or we may add a Sub-Processor if we believe that doing so will enhance our ability to deliver our services to you.
If you would like to receive notifications about updates to our Sub-Processor list, including any additions, replacements, material changes to services provided, or changes to the country from which they operate, please contact us at info@getsecureslate.comto opt-in to our notification service. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice prior to any such change taking effect.
