Cancel Your Subscription
If you decide to move away from SecureSlate, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
This cancellation flow applies if you purchased a plan in-app (through SecureSlate checkout). If you purchased through another channel, contact your account manager via live chat to cancel.
Step 1: Open your Subscription page
- In SecureSlate, go to your Subscription page
- Review the plan you’re currently on (this page shows your active package)
Step 2: Open Stripe to manage your plan
- In the plan section, click Manage
- SecureSlate will take you to the Stripe customer portal
Step 3: Cancel the subscription in Stripe
In Stripe:
- Choose Cancel subscription
- Confirm cancellation
What happens after you cancel
After cancellation:
- Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period (the end date shown in Stripe)
- When the period ends, your paid subscription ends and your account access is disabled/limited based on the plan status
