Notion's seamless integration with SecureSlate, powered by OAuth, lets you effortlessly connect your Notion workspace to showcase user accounts and sync tasks in real-time. This integration allows SecureSlate to pull user data for compliance tracking and import tasks to streamline your security workflows. You can also create Notion tasks directly from SecureSlate's compliance checks, making it easier to stay audit-ready.

Connecting SecureSlate & Notion

From the main dashboard, click Integrations in the sidebar.
Navigate to the Explore More tab and type "Notion" in the search bar.
Click Connect to start the connection process.
A pop-up will appear; select Connect.
If you're not logged into Notion, you'll be prompted to sign in.
Once logged in, you'll see Notion's authorization screen.
Click Choose Pages to proceed.
Select the Notion pages SecureSlate should access. Note: Page selection is optional for importing user accounts but required for task syncing.
Click Grant Access to complete the connection.

Tip: For task tracking, ensure you select pages containing your task-related projects to enable SecureSlate to sync them effectively.

Upon success, you'll return to SecureSlate with a confirmation screen showing the connection is active.

Defining the Compliance Scope

Decide which Notion accounts should be included or excluded from your compliance audit scope.

You can adjust the scope later by navigating to the Connection tab in the Integrations Hub, finding the Notion card, and clicking Set Compliance Scope.
