Upgrade From Trial to a Paid Plan
Most teams start with a SecureSlate trial to explore the product. When you’re ready for ongoing access, you can upgrade to a paid plan directly from your dashboard.
SecureSlate offers three paid plans:
- Starter
- Pro
- Ultra (includes the auditor fee)
Both monthly and annual billing are available. Annual billing is recommended because it includes 30% off.

Step 1: Start from your trial account
If you haven’t started a trial yet, begin here:
Step 2: Open the upgrade card in the sidebar
In your dashboard left sidebar, you’ll see an Upgrade card (or upgrade prompt).
- Click the Upgrade card
- You’ll be taken to the Pricing page
Step 3: Choose a plan and billing cycle
On the Pricing page:
- Choose Starter, Pro, or Ultra
- Select Monthly or Annual billing
- Continue to checkout
If you’re unsure which plan to pick:
- Choose Starter for core platform access on a small team
- Choose Pro when you need more seats, automation, and the ability to assign your own auditors
- Choose Ultra when you want the platform and the auditor fee included
You can adjust later as your needs change.
Step 4: Complete payment
Enter your payment details and complete checkout. Once payment succeeds:
- Your account is automatically upgraded to the selected paid plan
- Paid-plan access is enabled immediately in SecureSlate
